With over two decades of experience in sales, management, and wine education, Maria Rohe has distinguished herself as a leader in the wine industry, retail, and food and beverage. Leveraging a dual Bachelor of Science in International Business and Hotel Administration from the University of Las Vegas, Nevada, Maria brings a comprehensive understanding of business dynamics paired with an unmatched passion for wine and customer service.

In the early 2000s, Maria left a distinctive mark in the wine industry by designing and implementing the first website and wine club at Ehlers Estate Winery and expanding direct sales and wine club memberships at multiple other vineyards. This initiative not only enriched the customer experience but also set a benchmark in membership retention and satisfaction. Her expertise expanded through roles at renowned vineyards like Larkmead, Whitehall Lane, and Fantesca Estate & Winery, where she managed and exceeded sales goals, developed key marketing materials, and executed exclusive wine tasting experiences that elevated the brand’s reputation and consumer engagement.
