Lauren’s career began at a startup, where she quickly rose to a leadership role. Over nearly a decade, she managed her own team, guided working adults into medical careers, and helped secure loans and state funding—an experience she found deeply rewarding. As her daughters grew older, Lauren sought more flexibility and transitioned into the wine industry’s software sector. Over eight years, she supported more than 80 wineries, managing multi-million-dollar allocations, wine clubs, and collaborating with clients and developers to improve the platform’s capabilities.
